Don't really have the words to describe this. Not a typical Costa Rica, but reminiscent. This is truly an exceptional coffee. Freeform does it again.

This half-caff coffee is perfect--not too much caffeine, but with a deep, earthy, but never-bitter flavor. Thanks for an awesome coffee!

Coffee review: plateau coffee, since it’s a darker roast I decided to go with 180 degree Fahrenheit for water. I had to grind quite coarse, I tried a 1/3 ratio a 1/2 ratio and a 1/1 ratio. 18 grams in 18 grams out was the best tasting. The aroma went from sweet down to bitter but not sour. I can consistently had this as a milk based drink, and hardly ever had to add flavoring to mask bitterness. The notes were chocolate and nutty, and it was very delightful. I do recommend this espresso blend for dark roasted coffee lovers.

Try as many other micro roaster’s beans as I may, I cannot find a smoother, richer and more delicious cup of coffee than Stargazer.

I had been struggling to make decent cold brew for a little bit and while in the store saw FreeForm had cold brew beans. I enquired with the staff and along with my beans got a lesson in how to make good cold brew. Armed with my beans and directions I headed home to see what I could do. It went great, it was delightful.
Having gone through my first bag of beans I ordered more. It showed up within 4 days of the roast date and provided great cold brew. Super happy with these beans and FreeForm
