Coffee Story
Stargazer is one of our oldest and most popular blends we've ever offered. Crafted to be the ultimate House Blend, Stargazer features a familiar dark roast, upgraded with 100% organically-grown coffees from cooperatives that value sustainability and equitability.
We're roasting this "dark" by our standards, but not to the point of a traditional French Roast. We drop the coffee from the roaster right as it is about to enter "second crack", but before the beans become too oily - we like to think we are "caramelizing" rather than "charring." The resulting cup offers a big, rounded body with subtle bittering tones and notes of chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and graham cracker.
