About the Coffee

Stargazer is one of our longest-standing blends and a perennial favorite. Designed as the ultimate house blend, it highlights the comfort of a dark roast while showcasing 100% organically grown, specialty-grade coffees from cooperatives that share our values of sustainability and equity.

We roast Stargazer darker than our other blends, but stop just before second crack to preserve sweetness and avoid the heavy bitterness of a French or Italian roast. The goal is caramelization, not carbonization, bringing out richness without losing nuance.

The result is a full, rounded cup with just a touch of pleasant bitterness and layers of flavor: dark chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, and graham cracker. Familiar and satisfying, Stargazer is a blend you can return to day after day.
