Free Shipping

All orders of $50 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.  Orders with free shipping service selected typically ship using the most economical option between USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.  Smaller packages tend to ship via USPS, while larger, heavier packages tend to ship UPS.  If you have specific requirements or preferences for shipping carriers, or need your order by a specific date, please just let us know in the Order Notes in your shopping cart or shoot us an email.

In addition to Free Shipping, or for orders under $50, we offer a number of carrier options and shipping speeds, the rates for which will be displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup for eligible items at our Sedona Cafe.  Please select "Local Pickup" as your shipping service at checkout.  You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup, along with pickup times and instructions.

Shipping from Manufacturer

When noted, some of our merchandise items may ship directly from the manufacturer.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these items.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

Shipping for every FreeForm Coffee order is carbon neutral. We purchase carbon offset credits for each shipment at no additional cost to you. Learn More.

Lost or Delayed Packages

From time to time, packages may be lost or delayed in transit. This is a frustrating fact of life for online retailers. In scenarios where packages do not arrive as expected, we do not have any additional information than what is listed on the carrier's tracking page, a link to which will be included in your order fulfillment email.  If an order does not arrive within 21 business days, we will be happy to submit a claim on your behalf. The insurance company may require a signed affidavit from you. If, after reviewing the shipment details, the insurance company deems the package lost or stolen, we will receive a full refund (including shipping) for the order, which will be refunded to you or used for a replacement order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and send photos of the damaged package and contents to hello@freeformcoffee.com.  We will work with you to resolve the issue.

FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE

Our roastery is staffed and operational Monday-Thursday from 8am to 4pm.  Merchandise-only orders typically ship within 24 hours.  Coffee orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.  Due to our production schedule, orders received after 4pm on Wednesday may not ship until the following week.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with your coffee order, or received the wrong product, please reach out to us directly at hello@freeformcoffee.com or call the roastery at (928) 202-7916.  While we do not accept coffee returns, we do want you to love your coffee and we will work with you to resolve your issue as best we can.

Unopened or unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us to initiate a return. Please note: shipping expenses are not refundable.  We cannot accept returns of used merchandise or items without their original packaging.
