Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with your coffee order, or received the wrong product, please reach out to us directly at hello@freeformcoffee.com or call the roastery at (928) 202-7916. While we do not accept coffee returns, we do want you to love your coffee and we will work with you to resolve your issue as best we can.
Unopened or unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@freeformcoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and send photos of the damaged package and contents to hello@freeformcoffee.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Coffee is food product and we do not accept returns of coffee products. If you are dissatisfied with your coffee order for any reason, please email us at hello@freeformcoffee.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We'll be happy to facilitate the exchange of unworn, unused, and unopened items. Please email us to initiate an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
