About the Coffee

Stargazer is one of our longest-standing and most popular blends we've offered. Crafted to be the ultimate House Blend, Stargazer features a familiar dark roast, upgraded with 100% organically-grown coffees from cooperatives that value sustainability and equitability.

We're roasting this dark by our standards, but not to the point of a French or Italian roast. We drop the coffee from the roaster right as it is about to enter second crack, but before the beans become too oily - we like to think we are caramelizing instead of burning the beans. The resulting cup offers a nice, full and rounded body with subtle bitterness and notes of dark chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and graham cracker.
