All orders of $50 or more ship free! For orders with free shipping, we will typically select the most economic shipping method between USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Our goal is to have your coffee is delivered to you within 2-3 business days from roasting.

Coffee Story
Aurora is a unique blend of origins, crafted with a single focus - smoothness.
A nutty and chocolatey Brazil from Vinhal Estate sets the foundation of this blend, and an organic Peru from Rutas del Inca cooperative contributes notes of dried cherries, almond, and milk chocolate. Organically-grown, natural-processed Ethiopia completes the blend, adding a hint of sweet fruitiness to the rich and rounded cup.
Roasted to a medium-dark level, Aurora avoids the bright acidity present in lighter roasts, but also spares the heavy bittering tones of darker roasts.
The resulting cup is true crowd pleaser and one of our most popular "omni" roasts for smooth filter brewing and rich, crema-laden espresso.

Douglas Zerbarini This is a great blend, smooth but substantial with a great coffee flavor. The CREMA is thick like a milkshake! Tastes like the most excellent diner coffee. Great to come back to after more adventurous single origins and artsy, fermented beans.
