Canyon - Espresso Blend

Balance

We believe the result of a well-crafted blend is balance - a flavor profile that is greater than the sum of its parts. Canyon exemplifies this theory, by combining high-elevation, organically-grown coffees from three different continents, each bringing their own unique character to the blend to create harmony.

As a result, Canyon boasts notes of both milk chocolate and fruit, a smooth body and structure, comforting and bright. It was our first blend and to this day, it is still our favorite.

Versatility

What good is an espresso blend if it takes half of a bag to dial in your brew? Canyon is as easy to brew as it is to drink.

While Canyon's more modern espresso profile was designed to shine in milk-based espresso drinks, it is equally enjoyable brewed any number of ways - pour over, batch brew, cold brew, French press - you name it, Canyon does it!

Flavor

Canyon's flavor profile is layered and offers an overall approachable, sweet and easy drinking cup.

Organically-grown coffees from Mexico and Colombia cooperatives serve as the foundation for the blend. Mexico brings a round body, milk chocolate and raisin sweetness, while Colombia adds some structure to the mid-palate with notes of toasted nuts, brown sugar, and citrus. Topping off the blend is a natural-processed coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia, which lends notes of berries, cocoa powder and a bright citrus acidity.

Combined, the three origins form a harmonious and complimentary, easy-drinking flavor profile.
