Canyon - Espresso Blend

Canyon exemplifies our approach to blending: using coffees with distinct flavor profiles to create a cup that is greater than the sum of its parts. We bring together organically grown, high-elevation coffees from Mexico, Colombia, and Ethiopia, each chosen for the character it contributes. The result is smooth, structured, and harmonious, with a balance that is both comforting and vibrant.

Originally developed as our flagship espresso, Canyon shines in milk-based drinks yet is equally enjoyable brewed in any style, whether pour over, French press, batch brew, or cold brew. It is easy to dial in, endlessly versatile, and always dependable.

Mexico contributes round body, milk chocolate, and raisin sweetness. Colombia adds toasted nuts, brown sugar, and citrus. Ethiopia’s natural process provides berry sweetness, cocoa, and lively acidity. Together, they create a cup that is approachable, layered, and endlessly drinkable.
