This is going to be a little long, but I’ve been enamored with coffee since I was a little girl. My grandma and grandpa always had a pot on all day long at their house, and my mom followed the tradition and had one going all day every day as well.
Fast forward into adulthood and that’s when I first became a barista. I never thought I’d find a passion for coffee in the way that I have, but I’ve found that it’s something I picked up naturally, and everything from the where the green coffee beans are sourced all the way to how a shot of espresso pulls has been such an incredible experience for me. Add on top of that being able to turn around someone’s entire day by simply making a cup of coffee has been something I’ve cherished these last 12+ years.
I visited the storefront for the first time earlier this month and was lucky enough to have my first stop for coffee end up as my ONLY stop for coffee. The atmosphere was great, and I was comfortable enough to sit and read, journal, and sketch while hanging out. The baristas were all super friendly and my hot honey latte hit the spot every. single. time.
Naturally I had to bring some of the whole beans home with me and as soon as I got back I immediately had to order more because I knew I was going to go through it so fast lol thank you for giving me a place to land for the week that I was there, and for giving me a wonderful small business to support when I need to order more beans! I can’t wait to visit again! 😊
