About the Coffee

Aurora is our breakfast blend, crafted with a single focus: smoothness. A nutty, chocolatey Brazil from Vinhal Estate sets the foundation, while an organic Peru from the Rutas del Inca cooperative contributes dried cherry sweetness, almond, and milk chocolate. A natural-processed lot from Ethiopia completes the blend, adding a gentle fruitiness that lifts the cup.

Roasted to a medium-dark level, Aurora avoids the sharp acidity of lighter roasts and the heavy bitterness of darker ones. The result is rich, rounded, and endlessly approachable.

It has quickly become a true crowd favorite and one of our most popular “omni” roasts, equally at home as smooth filter coffee or as a crema-laden espresso.
