Grown high in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this washed lot from Suke Quto Farm showcases the purity and balance that define the region’s coffees. The farm sits between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level, where volcanic soil and cool mountain air create ideal growing conditions. Strict selection of ripe cherries, and intentional washed processing brings out a clean, structured profile that reflects both the land and the meticulous attention to quality at Suke Quto.

We roast this coffee to a light profile to highlight its bright citrus character while maintaining sweetness and depth. The result is a versatile cup that performs beautifully across brew methods such as pour over, auto-drip, or espresso, revealing precision, balance, and a satisfying roundness.
