Mon Chéri - Seasonal Blend

Mon Chéri returns for 2026 following an overwhelmingly positive response to its debut as a Valentine’s Day seasonal blend last year. Designed as a more indulgent offering than our everyday coffees, Mon Chéri leans into richness, sweetness, and depth, making it a natural fit for late winter.

This 50/50 blend brings together two coffees from Huila, Colombia. One component is a honey-processed co-ferment with cherry produced by Shady and Elias Bayter in collaboration with local smallholder farmers. The second is a washed coffee sourced from smallholder farmers in the same region. Together, these coffees create a profile that is expressive and layered, while remaining cohesive in the cup.

Roasted to a medium profile, Mon Chéri emphasizes sweetness, body, and a lingering finish. In the cup, we taste amaretto, cherry, almond, and milk chocolate, resulting in a rich, dessert-leaning experience that feels intentional and composed rather than overwhelming. Mon Chéri is a coffee meant to be savored slowly, whether shared or enjoyed on its own.
