Guatemala - Guaya'b Fair Trade
A regional community lot grown by the Maya-Poptí families of the Guaya'b cooperative, high in the Cuchumatanes of Huehuetenango, and certified organic at the farm. Guaya’b is a clean and approachable cup, with pronounced notes of caramel, and a milk chocolate foundation that gives way to hints of dark black cherry.

Aiden Brew Profile
Guaya'b is a sweet, creamy, washed coffee that rewards a steady extraction. The Aiden's descending pulse temperatures let it build chocolate and caramel body up front, then ease off before the finish so the black cherry stays clean rather than sharp.
