With over 70 years of family experience in coffee cultivation, Elkin has spent the last twelve years perfecting post-harvest techniques such as Coffee Maceration, Natural Hydro Honey, and, most notably, his signature Strawberry Co-fermented Natural process. This method infuses the coffee cherries with a strawberry and molasses-fed culture for 330 hours, resulting in a flavor profile that is both balanced and adventurous, showcasing Elkin’s mastery of experimental fermentation.
