All orders of $50 or more ship free!  For orders with free shipping, we will typically select the most economic shipping method between USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  Our goal is to have your coffee is delivered to you within 2-3 business days from roasting.

About Canyon - Espresso Blend

Canyon is our signature espresso blend.  Over time, we've discovered Canyon's versatility, and find this blend suitable for just about any brewing technique - drip, pour over, espresso, and even cold brew. 

Canyon Blend is composed of coffees from three origins in three continents - Mexico, Colombia, and Ethiopia - which gives this coffee great balance, medium body, and subtle hints of fruit and sweetness.

OK mild espresso, perhaps best enjoyed in shop when open

We enjoyed the espresso in the shop the first time we went, bought some beans then, and then had more shipped to us. But now regret buying 5#, don't love it, not an interesting enough flavor. It's a solid, mild espresso, good maybe if you like flavors or milks, but not what we're looking for on its own.
