For those of you love your coffee roasted full and dark like the Sedona night sky - this one’s for you. A blend of three high elevation, organically-grown coffees that can take the heat and still deliver character and flavor. Enjoy it black, or with cream and sugar - it’s your world and we’re just roasting in it.
We're roasting this "dark" by our standards, but not to the point of a traditional French Roast. We drop the coffee from the roaster right as it is about to enter "second crack", but before the beans become too oily - we like to think we are "caramelizing" rather than "charring." The resulting cup offers a big, rounded body with discernible notes of milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and graham cracker.
